After son Sean Preston’s recent fall that resulted in “minor head trauma,” Britney Spears is considering suing the manufacturer of the high chair from which her 7-month-old plummeted. According to what In Touch Weekly calls a ‘Family insider,’ “The chair’s back broke… She’s going to see if there was a fault in the chair.” The incident resulted in a home visit from the Los Angeles Department of Children and Family Services. While unconfirmed, word is that Spears is also considering a lawsuit against Apollo, the Greek God of music, claiming that she was unjustly deprived of melodic virtue.

  1. So it’s the high chair that did it? Where’s my aspirin!

  2. I fail to see the appeal in this ugly bitch.

  3. Johnny Cochran died last year…it helps to stay in the know if you run a blog like this…sheesh!

  4. Before she does that she might want to look where it got him….an early death from brain cancer.
