According to ABC News, “Nelly’s bejeweled teeth – celebrated in the hit “Grillz” — should be treated as a business expense and be deducted on the rapper’s income tax return.” The track is laced with such luxury tooth based references as, “I got my mouth lookin’ somethin’ like a disco ball… If I could call it a drink, call it a smile on da rocks… My teeth gleaming like I’m chewin on aluminum foil… [and] Call me George Foreman cuz I’m sellin everybody grillz.” While the value of Nelly’s grillz is unknown, co-singer Paul Wall has 65 princess-cut diamonds in his mouth, valued at $16,000. Nelly’s tooth-diamonds are likely to classify as a costume used to promote his music, and are therefore tax exempt. [source]

Unique deductions are the norm amongst celebrities. Last year socialite Paris Hilton made headlines when she deducted an extensive list of STD medications that included Doxycycline (Chlamydia), Lindane (Crabs), Levaquin (Gonorrhea), Doxycyline (Syphilis) and Zovirax (Herpes). [source]
