    Ryan Seacrest has revealed that he struggled with being overweight as a teenager. Speaking with People magazine, the American Idol host confessed that at the age of 13 he weighed 180 pounds (or 2.25 Paula Abduls). Seacrest explained, “I used to come home and eat a cookie sheet pan of nachos and watch Oprah every day of my life.” Today, Seacrest is a lean 157 pounds and has laid off the nachos… though judging from his wardrobe and grooming, one would expect he has not cut out the Oprah.
